奧斯卡掌摑事件｜韋史密夫相隔1天向Chris Rock道歉：任何形式的暴力都是有毒的 精選

第94屆奧斯卡頒獎禮上，基斯洛克（Chris Rock）因拿韋史密夫（Will Smith）妻子的光頭開玩笑而被掌摑，事件轟動全球。

事實上，韋史密夫的妻子受「鬼剃頭」問題困擾才選擇剃光頭，這也是韋史密夫動怒的原因。韋史密夫當晚奪得影帝時，曾落淚道歉，事隔1天，他再於社交平台發表公開信向基斯洛克、美國影藝學院、節目製作方、參與者及全球觀眾致歉：

引用任何形式的暴力都是有毒和具破壞性的。我昨晚在奧斯卡頒獎典禮上的行為是不可接受和不可原諒的。接受戲弄我的笑話，是我工作的一部分，但是關於Jada健康狀況的笑話讓我無法忍受，我情緒激動。

克里斯，我想公開向你道歉。我失控了，我錯了。我很尷尬，我的行為並不能表明我想成為什麼樣的人。在充滿愛和善意的世界裡，沒有暴力的容身之地。

我還要向學院、節目製作人、所有參與者和全世界的觀眾道歉。我想向威廉絲家族以及「王者理查」劇組道歉。我深感遺憾的是，我的行為污辱了我們所有人原本美好的旅程。

Violence in all of its forms is poisonous and destructive. My behavior at last night’s Academy Awards was unacceptable and inexcusable. Jokes at my expense are a part of the job, but a joke about Jada’s medical condition was too much for me to bear and I reacted emotionally.

I would like to publicly apologize to you, Chris. I was out of line and I was wrong. I am embarrassed and my actions were not indicative of the man I want to be. There is no place for violence in a world of love and kindness.

I would also like to apologize to the Academy, the producers of the show, all the attendees and everyone watching around the world. I would like to apologize to the Williams Family and my King Richard Family. I deeply regret that my behavior has stained what has been an otherwise gorgeous journey for all of us.
